As trainers we are dedicated to accessing the genius of individuals and groups in every area of endeavor. We find all individuals have demonstrated moments of genius. Acknowledging already existing talents leads to the establishment of group-genius. At the same time, we are responsive to the fact that quality management within organizations looks for ways of providing greater coherence, flexibility and collaboration. Educators, leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals must work with an ever-changing assortment of people, tools, technologies, environments and forms of learning, each of which exacts new demands for increased flexibility. In a conscious culture, everyone knows their input is both welcome and essential.
In this program we assist in developing the participant’s sense of connection with other in the group, improving their ability to adapt more creatively to personal, organizational and environmental change. This can help to encourage greater familiarity and trust among people. The main objective is to support in enjoying the benefits of belonging to a conscious community - common ground for individuals and groups with differing perspectives to productively meet each other and collaborate. We can share examples of Society 3.0 and Conscious Capitalism that are ways in which our social intelligence may be utilized to organize a more sustainable society and economic system.
